CREDIT CARD AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you choose to register via our secure server, all of your personal credit card information will be encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. (Note the change from http:// to https:// in the URL as you enter our security zone.) This means that data cannot be read as it travels through the internet to our system. Our secure server, certified by Verisign, provides the highest level of security available. When the charge occurs, the name that will reflect on your statement will be "The Center for Women's Health".

We are confident that our security system is the best in the business, and you should be, too. That's why we guarantee that every transaction you make at this site will be 100% safe. If unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of entering your card information here, you will pay nothing.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under US Federal Law, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.

REFUND POLICY

Reservations canceled before Monday, April 14, 2005 will be refunded in full. If the conference is canceled, registrants will be notified no later than Monday, April 11, 2005 and fees refunded in full. Refund checks will be mailed within 30 days of the date your cancellation was received by the Conference Coordinator.
