In recognition of the holidays, the OHSU Center for Women's Health invites you learn about stress and do some shopping afterwards. Attend this month's free women's health Brown Bag on managing holiday stress at Nordstrom Downtown Portland from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 8.

Jillian Romm, R.N., L.C.S.W., will talk about creating holidays that reflect the values most important to us, and offer tips and suggestions for a less stressful and more joyful holiday season. Only 28% of Americans find that their holidays are “joyful”. For most of us, the holidays have become another stressful and expensive time in our already busy lives. Join us for a discussion about this holiday season. Romm is an assistant professor obstetrics and gynecology, OHSU School of Medicine and OHSU Center for Women’s Health.
