The Yoga Project, a community oriented studio in Sellwood, offers Yoga for the Female Spirit, a class inspired by the teachings of Angela Farmer and Mary Paffard which uses deep belly work to energize and empower women. The Yoga Project also offers two classes of Yoga for the Larger Woman, using props to adapt poses to the person, and a full program of prenatal and postnatal yoga. |
