It's not too early to start thinking about wellness for the New Year! Stop by our Spotlight on Wellness Event on December 11 to get your total cholesterol, glucose, BMI, and blood pressure measured by Employee Health & Wellness.
Then talk to representatives from March wellness about how their new facility can help you achieve your wellness goals. March wellness is a place where you can strengthen and renew your body, your mind and your spirit, in the ways that work best for you, at your pace.
Pick up a treat and some information on beating holiday stress while you're at it. 'Tis the season to be healthy!
