Wellness for the New Year and Managing Holiday Stress

According to the National Women's Health Resource Center, women suffer stress-induced depression more often than men do and are more likely to experience depression from seasonal affective disorder. Even more people experience post-holiday let down after January 1.

Join us in the OHSU Center for Women's Health as we shine a spotlight on holiday health and new year wellness.

Wellness testing, tips, resources and more

December 11, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Hatfield Atrium

It's not too early to start thinking about wellness for the New Year! Stop by our Spotlight on Wellness Event on December 11 to get your total cholesterol, glucose, BMI, and blood pressure measured by Employee Health & Wellness.

Then talk to representatives from March wellness about how their new facility can help you achieve your wellness goals. March wellness is a place where you can strengthen and renew your body, your mind and your spirit, in the ways that work best for you, at your pace.  

Pick up a treat and some information on beating holiday stress while you're at it. 'Tis the season to be healthy!
