Women have different health needs than men and often have unique symptoms even when experiencing similar health challenges. Life Choice

Your health is your most valuable asset. Life Choice lets you control how you access your health care. It also allows more frequent communication with your personal physician. Life Choice is an enrollment-based program with an annual fee, which covers services not typically covered by health insurance.
