OHSU Program in Vulvar Health
The Program in Vulvar Health is the only specialty clinic on the west coast that offers comprehensive care for women with complicated or routine vulvovaginal health concerns or vulvar pain. These services recognize the unique impact of these conditions on quality of life and sexuality. Our team consists of leading specialists and researchers in the field of vulvovaginal health including 3 physicians, 1 nurse, on-site and off-campus physical therapists and a sexual therapist.
Services
- Evaluation and treatment of common and uncommon vulvovaginal disorders including vulvar vestibulitis syndrome (vestibulodynia), vulvodynia, lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, chronic vaginitis, vulvar pain and others
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor
- Surgery or laser therapy for selected pain conditions
- Counseling services for sexual and intimacy issues
